What’s cooking in the village?

Village Properties caught my attention today not because it sells property in one of the neighborhoods I would want to live in, but because the submission was very well structured and definitely reviewed to comply with our guidelines before hitting that “Submit” button.

When I visited the site, I was truly impressed how it was laid out. The structure, the colors, and overall user-friendliness instantly earned my trust and I spent a good time browsing through. The title was concise and did not have spamy keywords, description was right on, the site was established, the design was great and the content was useful… what else could an editor ask for? I just wish all of the submissions were like this so I don’t have to sit there and rewrite descriptions all the time.

So if you are planning on submitting to 36Towns, consider this to be a good example of what your website should look and feel like, and you are guaranteed to get approved.
